Does this load the whole CSV into memory?
No. A worker reads bounded 64 KiB chunks with acknowledgement backpressure and retains only headers, counts and the requested page.
Will account codes or leading zeroes change?
No. Every field remains text and the verifier rejects a report that claims coercion.
